		<description>I'd like to agree that western countries should adopt solar technology. But we should wait for more economic breakthroughs (like converting all spectrums of light) before we start mass-producing solar cells.

Another problem is where you live. I live in Canada, so there will be less energy output, than say southern United States or Mexico. We'll still get a positive outcome, but we won't be able to see the affordability in it at the moment.</description>
